What's the minimum order?
One case. The number of bags in a case depends on the size.
Are there setup or plate fees?
No. You only pay for the bags.
How fast is delivery?
A single case usually ships within 24 hours. Small custom orders usually ship in about a week after you approve the mockup. Larger custom runs take longer; we'll give you a date with your quote.
Where are the bags printed?
In Toronto. We're a locally owned Canadian business.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
Yes, anywhere in Canada.
How much do custom bags cost?
It depends on size, paper and quantity. Send your logo through our quote form and we'll reply with a price and a free mockup.
Can I see the design first?
Yes. Every custom order starts with a free digital mockup.
What file should I send?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A high-resolution PNG also works.
Do you guarantee more customers or a higher Google ranking?
No. We do the work properly and report what we did and what changed, but no honest marketer can promise rankings or sales.
