Questions, answered
Is there really no setup fee?
Yes. There are no plate, setup or art fees on custom printed bags. The price you see is the price for the bags.
What's the minimum order?
One case. That makes it easy to try custom bags before committing to a bigger run. Larger quantities get better per-bag pricing. Just ask for a quote.
How long does it take?
Stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Small custom orders usually ship in about a week after you approve your mockup. Larger custom runs take longer, and we'll give you a date up front.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by province and number of cases. For example, Ontario is $15 for the first case and $5 for each additional case. We ship anywhere in Canada.
I don't have a print-ready logo. Can you help?
Of course. Send whatever you have, even a photo or your website, and we'll prepare the artwork and send you a free digital mockup to approve.
Do you do large or fully custom orders?
Yes. For bigger runs, special sizes, finishes or materials, send us a note through the mockup form and we'll put together a quote.
