Custom printed paper bags used to mean ordering thousands at a time from overseas suppliers. Today, small Canadian shops can order branded bags in small quantities. Here's how the process works, step by step.
Step 1: Pick your bag
Decide on colour (kraft or white), size and handle style. Most shops start with one everyday size. Our paper bag sizes guide can help you choose.
Step 2: Choose one side or two
Printing your logo on both sides costs a little more but means your brand is visible however the bag is carried.
Step 3: Choose your quantity
With full-colour digital printing you can start from one case. Larger quantities lower the price per bag, so once you know a bag works for you, ordering more at once saves money.
Step 4: Send your logo
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the sharpest result, but a high-resolution PNG works too. Don't have a print-ready file? Send what you have, even your website, and we'll prepare the artwork.
Step 5: Approve your free digital mockup
We send a digital preview of your bag with your logo placed. Ask for changes until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve.
Step 6: Printing and delivery
Small custom orders usually ship about a week after you approve your mockup, and we ship anywhere in Canada.
What does it cost?
Every size, print option and quantity is priced on our custom paper bags page, so you can see the total before you order. Full-colour digital printing has no plate fee. Screen printing and laminated bags have a one-time plate fee, which we always quote up front.
